Do you think I could just use a complete flush of my power steering and that could change it, if thats the problem?

quite possibly yes

one easy way of checking is to take a look at the fluid, if its brown and nasty then it needs changing. Use mercon ATF for the fluid.

It only happens when im driving on the road (Not the Highway) And it happens when I turn or hit a bump. I think it might be a broken band in one of the tires so i moved them around todau to see if it changes. And found out on of my caliper sliders were stuck so that might have been it to, but i have no idea what else it could be

Mine did it for a short time after I had replaced my front wheel hubs.I got air in the power steering somehow by turning the rack while truck was off. Went away on its own

Check your fluid.. When I first bought my truck it did that too. It was actually dangerous going over the Conowingo dam which is narrow I had to really grip that steering wheel to keep the truck going straight. I just added some power steering fluid and the shaking went away. It is hard to tell whether to replace the fluid because it is a brownish color reguardless...

Your hanging caliper could have something to do with it, but the hubs could be bad. The auto lock hubs can give big problems. Also very bad lower ball joints could give a problem like you are having. Last, are all 4 tires exactly the same, they have to be on 4x4 systems.

yes with emphasis on all 4 tires needing to be the same. learned that on my moms exploder. front to back had wore differently and we rotated them. it shook at about 35. come to realize that the tires were over an inch difference in rolling distance front to back. not good

If there's air in your power steering you'll also hear a whine as you turn the wheel. Just fill it up and turn it back and forth from lock to lock till it stops whining. That'll bleed all the air out. If that doesn't fix it I'd jack the front end up and check the ball joints etc....

air in line will cause this shudder, to fix make sure fluid level is ok then just start truck and in park turn wheel left to right to full lock several times. this will force the air out. Air can get in the system if you turn the steering wheel with the front end elevated and engine not running.

I'm pretty sure that's what may have just happened to my truck as well. I was at the tire shop going from 245/75/15's to 33x10.5x15's, and after the shop put the fronts on I turned the wheel from lock to lock with the truck off to double check clearances. (Def could have fit a 33x12.5x15's too I think). When I pulled away I noticed a really violent vibration when the wheel was turned. Even if the wheel was turned while I was going around a corner and I wasn't turning it more or less, just holding it at the given angle while I made the turn, it was still shaking badly. If I took the turn at 15mph, say, then when I straightened the wheel at the end of the turn and tried to keep accelerating, the vibration got REALLY bad. I would have to slow down to less than 10mph to get the vibration to stop, and then start accelerating again. Afterwards, it'd be fine on the highway at 70mph, but if I hit a hard bump, like a new bridge that wasn't flushed with the road well, it'd start vibrating a little bit again and I'd have to slightly turn the wheel left or right to get the vibration to stop. I was initially thinking the bigger tires exposed a weak link of a bad ball joint or tie rod end, but after reading your comment I'm hoping that it's just air!
