Water in my oil HELP!!!!
I have a 97 ranger. It's been overheating for a while now, I have replaced the thermostat and gasket and its still gettin hot. I belive there's water in the oil. It started smoking real bad out of the tail pipes yesterday. What do I do next????

Head gasket is blown. Several things happen when you lose the head gasket:
1. Cylinder compression pressure leaks into the cooling passages causing your cooling system to fill with air and overpressurize. 2. Cylinder and manifold vacuum suck coolant in and blow it out the tailpipe. 3. Coolant leaks into the crankcase, hence the coolant in your oil.
