valve tap?
i got a 2002 ford ranger edge V6. when i start it up in the cold weather, i believe my valves tap until the engine warms up and the oil gets through. i bought some "motor honey" maybe that would help? any ideas or comment are appreciated.

prolly just the heads warming up...aluminum heads are notiously noisy when theyre warming up

Ya it takes a little bit for the oil to get there. I woudlnt worry bout it
