Default Supercharged 4.0L Econ

So Ive been digging around, and Im finding a good bit of info on FI'ing the 4.0, but never mention of fuel economy. How much did you lose bolting a blower up? surely an m90 wouldnt knock off much more than a couple mpg, right?

I know one guy installed a Whipple and he was having to use 91 octane for his truck to run right and as long as he stayed off the pedal he got okay mileage.

Nobody makes any kits for the OHV anymore...so it'll all be custom.

My local friend has a 2002 4.0L SOHC with an M90 using the RP Caster kit....he's getting AWESOME mileage. He said he's averaging about 22-23 with mixed driving after the S/C install. And that's even WITHOUT any tune in the PCM. He said he'll get it to the chassis dyno to dyno tune it with a custom tune. When he pulls up, all you hear is air sucking in....nice whistle at even idle. Of course, that's under normal driving conditions, not rallying around like crazy.
