Default Oil on plug

I changed my plugs yesterday, and found oil on the tip of the 4th cylinder plug. A few months ago I had to change that plug, because the porcelyn on the inside of the plug had cracked off. (Obviously never found that cracked part) Is finding the oil on the plug a big problem?

Thanks
