how to remove thermostat?
trying to remove the thermostat on 94 4.0 ranger. tips please?

Re: how to remove thermostat?
Remove the bolts from the thermostat hosing and remove then pull out the thermostat.
The thermostat housing is found by following the upper radiator hose.

Thank you guys. It was a PITA taking those bolts off. The thing that sucks is that didnt solve my gauge problem. The temp gauge only goes up to the first line, even after running for a while. Think its the temp sending unit?
