Default A bit of an unorthodox swap

So I'm considering putting a 4.0 SOHC in place of my 2.3. Now the reason being, is that I think I can still use my M5OD-R1, and the fact that the truck itself came with a 4.0 as an option, therefore maintenance would still be routine. Am I missing anything or is it going to be easy, assuming I can find a good donor?

your 2.3 trans will not bolt up to a 4.0 motor. 4.0 only shares bolt patterns with a 2.9. you are going to need motor, trans, all the wiring, computer, mounts, cooling, mounts, exhaust, etc.

Well! Scrapping that idea then! Something told me it wasn't going to be as easy as I had hoped, thanks for setting me straight!
