Default Spark Plugs?

I am fixing to replace the Spark pluggs on my four0
I was wondering if anybodys tried the E83 plugs and what you feel about their performance and how durable they have been

umm and also if anbody has any other suggestions onn which brand you have would be nice to know as well.

motocraft or autolite work best in fords.... anything else you take the chance of it not running right or changing the plugs again in a few months...

Or autolite, which are the same as motorcraft. Any other brand will fail.

NGK or Autolite Iridiums work extremely well. I use them in everything I've worked on.
