Default OHV valve cover gaskets, timing cover gasket and waterpump gasket.. tips?

Alright. I've got everything taken off down to the valve covers. so now all I have to do is take those off take the gasket off and put the new gaskets in.. they're "permadry" so no sealant right? any thing i should look out for?
Also. Water pump removal.. any tips there? my pulley and fan w/ clutch is off.
The timing chain and timing cover is the just behind the water pump correct? once I get all that off, anything to look out for?

----------

Also I figured since I've taken it as apart as I have.. why not clean up all the oil, ps fluid, coolant and just gunk off the block and the engine bay. what cleaner to use? I read about sea green or something like that? Thank you all

Simple green. Try to keep it out of the engine tho. Make sure the mating surfaces you are putting the gasket on are clean, and silicon free (eats o2 sensors). On the water pump, it wouldnt hurt to get some of the grey rtv (in a blue/grey tube if memory serves) and trace a thin line around the gasket and looping the bolt holes. Just take your time and be thorough and everything will be smooth.
