167,000 on my '00 Ranger. These engines are good for at least 250K miles provided a proper maintenance program is followed.
The down side is that these engines are prone to cylinder head cracks and excessive valve train wear due to poor design, but these are inexpensive fixes calculated over the course of years of use.
I just replaced my valve train and optionally upgraded my cylinder heads and it was nice to see the factory hone marks still in the cylinder walls.
