Rough engine idle/vibration

My 2000 XLT 4x4 has a rough idle or vibration at idle. It goes away once you push the accelerator. It comes back once you are driving around 40 mph. I've changed the MAF, ignition coil, wires plugs and cleaned the IAC and throttle body. I changed one fuel injector (that's all auto zone had) and ordered the other five. Any ideas? I have been debating taking it to the mech down the road to throw it on the computer but don't feel like spending the money.

Oh and I checked for vacuum leaks (carb clean around intake and vac lines) and changed fuel filter. Still no change. Would appreciate any input.

im having the same trouble with my truck (sorta) but mine jus keeps shaking, i have to put it in overdrive to lessen the shake but its still there. but u might have a misfire on one of your plugs. ask about a replacement coil because thats what the advised for me, but mine still shakes:/ but ask a local mech if it would be a good idea to change it out

I just replaced all six plugs, wires, and re-replaced the coil. Hopefully when input the rest of the fuel injectors this week it will stop.

Loose motor mounts?

you should take it to a mech who has a FORD computer so he can check out your firing. i took it to a mech and he found out the shaking was because i had bad sprockets

I'll take it over to the dealer to have it thrown on the computer... Thanks for the help
