Default Are 2000 4.0L OHV pushrods the same size?

I just put a new head on a 2000 Ford Ranger with a 4.0L OHV engine in it. I put it all back together and now it runs like crap. Question is I may have put a pushrod in the wrong spot. but after looking at all pushrods they seemed to be the same size so I didn't give it much thought then and continued to put it all together. And now I'm thinking it did make a difference.. I'm hoping I missed a vacuum line or something easy..thanks

yea first thing to check is everything else that you had apart thats easy to fix. vacuum lines, wiring harness, any sensors, etc. i always label pushrods and put them back in the exact same spot. it isnt supposed to make a difference but they do wear to match the rocker and the lifters so putting everything back in the exact same spot isnt a bad idea.

but as far as if there is a difference between exhaust and intake, well im not sure on that particular engine

found my problem!!! I put the vacuum line that belongs on the TB where the brake booster hose goes. I was looking it over and descovered I had the brake booser hose unhooked and shoved down beside the booster and the line that goes to the TB, where the Booster hose goes. And no vacuum line was hooked up to the TB.

That would make it run like crap.

On a side note, the push rods are all the same size, just FYI.
