I was reading up on them and found the thread better than asking and someone wanting post counts saying look it up. I see there are still non believers but I guess that's the way it is. Must be something to them checked temp on a stock intake after a drive and then on a Open air and it was a lot cooler. I guess the track runners only use them for looks LOL or non believers just can't afford them. It is what it is this is what we all do mod our trucks the way we want them

I like being able to wash filters instead of buying new ones with the k and n fipk generation 2 it makes maintenance fairly simple too and can be removed quickly because of the way it is designed.

You can get k&n drop in filters for the stock air box that are washable.
