lol wut?

The flywheel is where it always is, between the engine and transmission. Good luck finding a lightened one for a Ranger.

And lightened belts? Whose been blowing smoke up your backside?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, and say what you are looking for are underdrive pulleys. Check out underdog performance for those.

If your having trouble figuring out where the flywheel is maybe this is not something you should not do your self.

Agree you are probably looking for underdrive pulleys

umm...k? I agree with above posters.

I personally havn't really seen any 'lightweight' flywheels for Rangers, nor have I really looked for them on the market either. For what I do with my truck, the transfer of heat would be too great and slipping clutch would occur too soon. What do you mean by "lighter belts"??

Right here would be the flywheel on the back of a 4.0L SOHC, though you usually can't see it because it's inside the transmission's bellhousing...

Typically just drop the transmission.

I'm still trying to figure out this concept of a lightweight belt. Have you held the belt in your hand? Its not exactly a hefty product.

It's far too thick and much too wide, Matt. If you lesson the thickness and make it half as wide, it would lighten up the rotating weight on the serpintine system, thus freeing up HOZPOWAAAA!
