Default extreme power loss

Truck wont go above 40-45 SOMETIMES 50 and the rpms are way high when its going even that fast. Pedal almost to the floor. I got the EGR flow excessive code, P1400 (egr related) and a small evap system leak code and a cylinder 3 misfire popped up but i assume thats related to whatever is causing this power loss.

Everything points to a DPFE, so thats probably what ill do first, but my question is could this really cause this much loss of power? It doesnt help i got 33s either my truck is really a slow piece of shit right now i dont know what could be causing this.

DPFE sensor change will most likely solve this problem bro.
