Arrow OHC harness/ecm question

Are there any differences between the OHC and the OHV engine harness and ecm?
If I can sell my RX7, I am going to be getting an OHC to rebuild for school, more details on it as they occur, but the question is, do I need to get the harness and ecm with the engine, or will the existing harness work with some modification, and will the OHV ecm work at all? I cant think of much that would be different, as the timing isnt really variable and the engines dont have anything really complicated going on with em.

TL : DR
Will the OHC engine run properly on the OHV ECM and Harness?

Thats what I was wondering. So full harness and ecm. Will the transmission harness and body harness still work? I would assume so since they are both 5r55e xmissions and the body hasnt really changed in over a decade.
