Default ringing engine bay

I got a 97 4.0 explorer and I am getting a ringing noise coming outta the engine bay. It is coming from a pulley somewhere but I can't figure out where. Any ideas?

I got one loud ass truck.

Harmonic balancer coming apart?
I had that happen on my old tempo once and it made a metalic clattering/ringing noise.

Does your belt tensioner move much with the engine running?

I just replaced the belt and the belt tensioner. A buddy of mine says it might be the Timing chain tensioner?

It could be that too. I don't know a whole lot about the 4.0L engines so I'm not sure if it uses a hydraulic tensioner or tension guides for the chain. Either way a worn one will make some noise.

Easier to check that balancer on your crank pulley first since it's right on the bottom.
