Default RPM increase while applying brake
While slowing down and applying brakes, the engine rpm will increase and my foot is off the accelerator pedal. Happened at least 3 times today with the last time resulting in scraping a parked car as the truck continued to move even while depressing the brakes hard. Luckily no people near. It's been years since my last accident but ...

thats funny i have a 2011 ranger and mine does that too sometimes but i thought i was pressing the break

you sure you arent driving a toyota?.......lol sorry bro that sucks bring it to a mechanic immediately and try to drive as little as possible to avoid the risk of hurting sum1
