Default serp belt question
Since my a/c doesn't work and I want to reduce the load on the engine so can I just buy the serpentine belt that's for rangers without a/c and put it in there? My heat should still work because its part of a different system? Thanks guys

I don't see why you can't,just go to autozone or whatever near you and give them your trucks spects.

The pulley just free wheels on bearings like any idler until the electric clutch engages the compressor. Any change would be minuscule.
