might be a hose, but experience tells me it is probably a freeze plug with pinholes in it, had same problems on my dodge and also on girlfriends taurus.

Have you tried panicking? First thing I'd do is run away from the car and ask the internet where it's leaking. The internet should definitely know.

Can you keep the coolant up to level until you get your head together and locate the leak? Make or buy a couple gallons of 1:1 water/antifreeze and keep it filled.

Look at the ends of the hose near the clamps. If you see any bulging, then replacement of that hose is in order.
You'll be able to tell the difference between a leak coming from the engine and one coming from those hoses.

For now it's small enough to only leak under pressure. So try degreasing the area you suspect the leak is coming from if you'd like to much more easily check out those freeze plugs. Hopefully you've got a pressure washer.

my 93 4.0 was pissing coolant out the back of the passenger side of the engine, after checking heater hoses and freeze plugs i determined it was the lower intake gasket. it would piss out as fast as i could add it.
