Default heater blows cold when idlin

ok so my heat blows cold when im idilin but as soon as i start drivin itll roast you out any ideas of why.....yes my coolant is full and yes my mode box,heat control,and fan control all work. but i noticed that my a/c compressor is runnig when the heat is on i know its susposed to be on with the defrost but not when its on vent am i right???

yes correct....... flush the heater core, just had that problem

Say I am new to this membership ; and I am having trouble getting any accurate response to my searches ! any suggestions ???

I type in ford heater core bypass and I get a response concerning a mazda Help !!
