Default Ranger not starting, need help

I have a 2002 Ranger with a new alt and new battery just put in last month. A few days ago the truck is weak to start almost like a dead battery. It will start in the morning, then I'll stop for gas and it hardly starts. The other day I made a few stops at a couple of stores. First two stores it hardly starts, then the third store it won't start at all.
No click or anything, just a buzz when I turn the key. I checked and charged the battery and it's fully charged. I removed and took the starter to an auto parts store and it checked out fine. all the connections look good, no corrosion or any other visible problems.
Any ideas on what else to check?
Thanks

have you put the battery on a load tester? just because it can read 12 volts on a multimeter, doesnt mean it has very much power. the auto parts store prob has one and can test it for you in the parking lot real easy.

thats the only thing that i can think of...

Bad connection on the wires to your battery?

You need to have your battery and alternator tested by an auto parts shop or somewhere that has the equipment to test them. You will probably find one or the other is bad.

I've had the battery, alt and starter tested at O'riely Auto parts and they tested out fine. I bought the truck about seven months ago and the engine was clean like a new truck, no corrosion on the terminals or any other obvious problems.

I'd guess it's the internal voltage regulator in the alternator.

Get a voltmeter. Report back with the battery terminal voltage with the engine off and on. With the engine on, the voltage should be between 13 and 14. If it is less, and your alternator tested fine, then there is wiring or fusible link problem, likely in the power distro box under the hood.

Just to give an update, I had a co worker who knows quite a bit about cars come over to have a look. First he tested the battery and it was fine, then he tests the starter and tells me it's bad. I told him that I pulled it and took it to O'riely auto to get tested and the guy insisted it was fine.
He just laughed and told me he doesn't trust those guys.
So we go pick up a new starter and throw it in and the truck starts right up. I'm a little pissed that the guy at O'riely was so insistent that the starter was fine.
I was ready to have the truck towed to a service shop to get fixed, I'd be even more pissed if I did that.
