RAW Fuel out the tail pipe 95, 4.0

95 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 4.0 A/T Ext Cab.
This truck runs and sounds good, ONLY problem is she is going through about a 1/8 to a 1/4 tank of fuel in about a hour of idle time. and I have raw fuel coming out the tail pipe. There is NO check engine light on.
I recently changed the fuel pressure regulator and the MAF sensor still same problem.
Any help out there this thing is driving me NUTS

In the past i have seen bad o2 sensors cause this problem.if you have a scanner of some sort you may moniter the o2,s to make sure they are responding

How long did you have this issue before you changed the fuel pressure regulator?

it has been awhile. the truck isnt on the road yet. i work on it when i get time
if i had to guess a year??? but it doesnt get drivin. at most i might let it run for a half hour to a hour at times...
