Question What to use

What is the difference between the motorcraft and k&n oil filters and what would you reccomend

i use fram simply because of the diffenence in the amount of screens inside of the filter the oil filters through

I use Purolator or Motorcraft but really the consensus I've seen in this forum is that an oil filter with an anti drain back valve is top priority for it to be any good.
Other than that a filter that isn't used beyond it's practical limit is perfect.
