Rough Idle Need Help
I have a 2005 4.0L SOHC with approx 140k miles on it. It began to ilde rough after the idle would drop after initally starting. When I start it the idle is about 1400RPM then drops to 100RPM after about 10-15 seconds. It then takes 1-2minutes to drop down to 600-700 where it stays from there on out. Once it makes the final drop it begins to idle rough and the tach will drop to 400 then pop right back up to the 600RPM mark. With the A/C off it will do it about every 20-30 seconds and with it on its about every 10 seconds. I have a 50 series flowmaster muffler with a dump at the axle and when it bogs out it sounds like a bubble coming out of the exhust. I cleaned out my MAF sensor with the MAF cleaner then it began to throw CEL codes for the MAF sensor and P0301-Cyclinder 1 Missfire. I pulled the neg battery cable and this has fixed the MAF code. I have replaced the spark plugs, wire set, and coil pack. I pulled the trottle body apart and cleaned the gunk out of it along with the IAV and EGR valve. It is no longer thorwing any of the two previous codes but still have same idle issues. It is now throwing code for EGR low flow. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the idle issue along with any ideas for the EGR low flow code? Should I replace my Throttle Body Position Sensor? Is this a vaccumm problem? Any help is appreciated....Thanks...
