Default 2010 4.0 efan help

I had a flexalite efan installed in my ranger and at this time it is hot wired so even when the truck is off the fan will will come on and off,the shop couldnt find an ignition only power point as well as how or more likely where do you run the a/c wire to? i have searched on a few forums with no prevail and the how to book that came with the fan kit was no help either.
If you can help that would be great, even if you can just point me to a relavent thread.

thanks in advance.

What I would do, and all you need is a cheap volt meter and a test light. Your OEM A/C fan switch (ya know... the one that cuts the fan on) should be a 2 wire connector. 1 being a power and one is going to be a ground, the ground wire is the one that send the signal to the PCM to turn on the fan. Depending on your wiring from EFAN you would need splice into the signal wire from the PCM to the fan.

EFAN's are cool and can help you get some MPG, but not really noticeable on street driving. Better noticed when towing and stuff like that.

I was under the impression the stock clutch fan didnt have and electrical connections.
