Exclamation Slipping Studdering????

Hey everyone, I have a 2000 4.0 4x4 automatic, and it seems for about the passed month, it has been slipping, or missing, studdering a little bie, when im trying to go, and if I am speeding up then slow down quickly it like studders.. I had a rebuilt transmission put in about 2.5 years ago, and havent had the trans fluid changed, i dont know if that might have something to do with it or if it could be something completley different.. Really Im clueless as what it could be, and I hope its nothung major, and would like to stop it before it becomes... Any help/advice would be appreciated... Thanks in advanced..

Have you checked the fluid levels? I dont know much about that area but I would have the tranny serviced, filter and all that junk

yeah...flush the trans first...if it comes out full of shavings/chunks...you might have a problem....could just be the bands in the trans...no noises? pops, squeals, clicks?
