4.0 tuneup how to?

I searched around and havent found a how to on a 4.0 tuneup. Is there one out there? Anyone inclined to write one up?

I just need to know what A tune up consists of and where everything is.

well that i do for my 4.o is new plugs, wires, new belt, power wash the engine, take my air intake completly off clean it inside and out, clean my MAFS with electric parts cleaner, recharge my K&N cone filter, check my battery to make sure it's still good and holds a charge, and check my altenator to make sure it's still good
