Default temp goes up so does the oil pressure

I have a 1990 4.0l..the oil pressure starts out at 3/4 in the normal range and as the temp goes up the oil pressure gauge leaves normal and heads to high. The garage checked the gauge and the sender unit for $75.00 and found both in good working order. If I turn the heater on to lower the temp the oil pressure will head back toward high end of normal.Should I just be proud of my high oil pressure or is there a problem? Thanks Mike

If the oil pressure is too, high you might have a blocked oil passage somewhere, which would also cause a rise in engine temps, do to the engine not getting enough oil to keep it cool. Could be nothing, could be a problem. Might wanna get it checked out.
