Default head gasket

so yesterday i went to my truck started it up and white thick smoke was coming out of the exhaust pipe, checked the anti freeze and im low. so i either have a blown head gasket or a cracked head but anyways after i get it fixed i might be trading it up for a full size lifted. not sure yet. but im just tired of haveing a ranger that falls apart gets the same gas milage as a full size with the lack of room. so i might be leaving the site not sure yet though
