P0302, cylinder #2 is missfiring, bu that shouldn't keep the engine from starting. Have you replace the spark plug? Motorcraft tend to be my ONLY choice when come to this engine. Is there any oil leak front of the engine? At the crank shaft pulley, there is a sensor if there is any oil or bad connection. Clean the connection with electrical cleaner.
As for the P0455, leaking fuel vapor fault. This is very common on this truck. Check the filler hose (big one). It have tendency to crack at the filler filler neck. A simple install, just remove the 6 bed bolts and lift the bed.
