Default Fuel in Oil and Intake Ports

Hi all,
I've got a 2004 4.0 SOHC Ranger. I picked it up cheap because it has some pretty major issues; it runs like garbage, can't move under it's own power and can't idle on it's own for long. I've noticed that it has fuel in the oil, so I decided to pull the injectors to test and see if one or more is leaking. After I got the intake manifold pulled, however, I found that Cylinder 3's intake port was filled to the brim with gas.

Does that sound like it could be a leaky injector, or does that sound like a much larger issue? I don't have a ton of experience working on engines, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
