Re: Overheating
Use a scanner to tell whats actually wrong with it. No reason the oil light should come on from over heating so there's something not right there. (The oil light is a pressure switch, verifying it had oil in it is a good start but doesn't mean oil is flowing)
Check to see what the real temp is to rule out an electrical issue. And if both of those lights came on you will also have a cel with relevant codes that will have more info.
