There are a lot of different solutions to the P0171 code. I will write down the most common fixes from the top of the list and go down to the more rare ones in the bottom. There are a lot of diagnostic tools that will help the troubleshooting a lot if you continue further down in the article to the diagnose section.
Replace faulty vacuum hoses or gaskets around the intake
Repair other intake leaks
Replace PCV Valve
Replace fuel pump/fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator or repair wirings
Replace EVAP valve
Replace O2 sensor/s
Replace EGR Valve
Replace MAP/MAF Sensor
Repair Exhaust leak
Replace Coolant temperature sensor
Repair Faulty Wirings
Replace ECM/PCM (Rare)

Have repaired replaced any vaccum lines that I could visually see. Tried spraying carb cleaner around engine with no change in rpm. Just replaced fuel filter. Can a fuel pump cause the lean code only on 1 side. The long term fuel trims on both banks are at 25% @idle

How are the plugs on that side? The wasted spark ignition runs one bank of plugs backward and quickly burns off the center electrode on that bank, especially if you used something like a Bosch fine wire - you might get a couple of thousand miles out of those if you're lucky.

That side will misfire under load, and the ECU doesn't always see the misfire. The O2 sensors don't detect unburned fuel, only excess oxygen so they see the misfire as a lean condition. If it gets bad enough the other bank may begin to misfire too.
