Default Gas Cap Light on

Had fuel pump, lines, and filter replaced after an unfortunate mishap with a bottle of acid in the bed.

Drove about 30 miles and the gas cap light came on.

Checked it and it seems fine. Must been a sensor going off somewhere, but not sure at this point.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Sometimes those caps do go bad as far as seals but if you had lines replaced, it could be a new hose not seated/sealing 100% may need to go through them all again and make sure they're all within German Spec. [Gutten-tite]
