It looks like the Fuel Pressure Regulator line. The FPR is located forward of the end of that line (obviously), towards the thermostat housing/top radiator hose. It will be along the fuel rail towards the front. I hope this helps.

AH CRAP!
Well that answers everything. I installed my intake backwards. Wow, it is so incredibly tempting to just extend that vacuum hose and see what happens. Oh well, I guess I'll order another gasket set.
