Default 1994 4.0 Ranger dies randomly

Hey guys, my 94 4.0 4x4 Ranger randomly almost quit on me going up the road with the throttle down, so I let out of it and it started to stall and the engine would cut in and out. It will do fine one second with gas applied, then it will go all the way down to 200 rpm in a split second... then it completely quit as I came down a hill. It didn't make since so I unplugged the mass air flow sensor, and now it runs fine... But that doesn't fix the problem, it just bypasses it. So I bought a new throttle position sensor and that didn't help. I pulled codes and i got codes 121, 157, and 158, which all has to do with the mass air flow, and TPS sensor. I'm stumbled at this point.. I pulled vacuum off the fuel pressure regulator and there's no gas or leaks. Please help?

I already did, swapped one out with a different one, didn't change, then bought a new one, and that didn't change...

Fuel filter? Fuel pump?

Fuel, spark, air, compression.

Changed fuel filter but it can't be the fuel pump because it's obviously getting fuel to run fine without the mass air flow plugged up.. and now it won't move in overdrive at all

Try unplugging the vacuum line to the egr and plugging it with a small bolt.

I swapped computers and it runs fine now, but now it won't move when I put in in overdrive, it will just rev up and try to move but won't. It will move fine in every other gear, but I have to go to neutral then to a gear to get it to move, I can't go from overdrive gear to drive... started doing that the day before I changed the computer.. and it's a brand new transmission, any idea what's going on with it?

Now when it shifts in drive it will rev up in between gears real quick... are the bands shot? It's a brand new transmission though
