bump. still am having this problem and since then i have replaced both upstream oxygen sensors and checked the dpfe sensor and everything seems to be working just fine other than a rough idle and cel. i still have not been able to locate a vacuum leak

I've only seen this once before, but check the connector going to the inertia switch and make sure it isn't burnt.
