because the thermostat cover is plastic you have to be careful to align it properly. it will break otherwise. do not overtighten it. I changed my thermostat last year.

Just wondering if BOTH senders in the lower thermostat housing are the same part....or do they have different values/part #'s..?.....03 Ranger 4.0
