I need to know the types and sizes of the bolts for the starter or where I can buy them. Called a few places like autozone and they do not have them. Must have thrown the old ones out so I do not know exactly what they look like.

I would call your local Ford dealership and ask them if they have them and what size and thread they are. from there you can pick them up anywhere just make sure to get case hardened bolts.

Look around your local craigslist listings your bound to find a handful of Rangers that are being parted out, one of these may have the 4.0 engine

They should be the same thread pattern as your transmission bolts as far as the last one of them is a stud with a stock both on it and then another one on top and the other one is just a regular Bolt believe they're 14 or 15 millimeter head private message me if you want more info
