Angry AC. blowing fuse

I havnt fired my ac unit in a year or two. I went down to get it working the other day and I blew a fuse. I replaced it with a 10A and it blew again. Idk what's wrong.
94 Ford ranger xlt. 6 cyl 4.0
any helps appreciated

Trace the wire from the compressor clutch to see if it's shorting or is broken.
