Default Larger group 78 battery mod

My undersized group 58 battery started getting weak at less than two years old. I wanted a larger AGM battery, so I decided to get this group 78 AGM from sam's club for $129 http://www.samsclub.com/sams/duracel....ip?navAction=
To install it I cut the forward lip off my battery tray with a cut off disk in a 4 1/2" angle grinder. I gave the cut and rest of the battery tray a good coat of cold galvanizing paint to prevent rust. I had to put a 1/2"x1"x4" piece of rubber between the hold down and battery to make it tighten securely. It only hangs over the front of the battery tray by about 1/2". Spins easy now.

Did the same to mine. Starts a lot better with 800 cranking amps. Good idea.
