Every one says vacuum leak the man sit there and said its not a vacuum leak, by stating his plugs work great for 2 months before the problem arises again.

check this. I'd verify you're not buying plugs from autozone. Make sure the plugs aren't corroded with oil or carbon. That could mean something is wrong internally. I'd check vac lines as well though.
