Default Engine shuts off after 2 to 5 minutes

Hello everyone. I have a serious troubleshooting issue. I have a 2001 Ranger powered by a 4.0 SOHC from a 2006 Mustang, with automatic, 2wd. I only used the long block from the Mustang. All other components are from the original Ranger motor. The issue is this;
Anytime you crank the engine up, it runs about 2 to 5 minutes then shuts off as someone had turn the ignition off. When you try to restart the engine, it acts like its not firing or hit and miss. Then when it finally does fire its overloaded with fuel, which tells me the injectors are still firing when trying to start it up. The fuel pressure running and when it shuts down is 65 psi. Now, before passing judgement, it has had the following replaced and all are new.
1. Idle air speed motor
2. Throttle position sensor
3. Crankshaft position sensor
4. Camshaft position sensor
5. EGR pressure feedback sensor
6. Coil pack changed with known good one
Prior to the original engine kicking the bucket, it ran fine. The ECM is the only thing left. Could it go bad while setting?
I’m at a loss, any suggestions or has anyone experienced the same? I would appreciate any input that would help resolve the problem

03-19-15 - Ran engine without MAS connected, no change.

Check your vacuum hoses again, engine rebuilds usually result in something small forgotten

That's it, no codes....nothing! That's why I'm baffled. Did have one guy say to unplug the MAFS and run, did that, no change.

Yea you got a tuff one.
A going-bad fuel pump won't pull a code.
Go back to step one and double check your grounds.
