Default coolant leak found, how to fix and more

so i found the leak, you can see a small bit of rust where the coolant is coming out, what is that and how do i replace it? also the coolant temp sensor only one wire leading into it... correct me if i am wrong, what can I do to fix that?
One more thing, to start i have to turn the key on then use a screwdriver across the solenoid switch (above fender). but i just replaced that solenoid and still have to. The problem has gotten worse now to the point where i have to jump it everytime i start it. I am wondering if this means there is something draining the battery? I have checked the alternator to see if it was draining power because a diode went out, like a friend recommended, but that was not the case... any help on the above issues is appreciated!

Edit: I forgot to mention that the truck unlocks when I try to start it from the key. I tested the parasitic draw (I think that is the correct term) and it is .6 amps when the truck is off, I am guessing that is too high and might be the problem, i dont know

As for the draw, yes that is too much. Check the glovebox to see if the light is not turning off.
