Default Changing plugs and wires. Coil pack too?

I'm going to change my plugs and wires. Should I do the coil pack as well? Truck has 109,000 miles. Thanks!

Coil is typically a life of vehicle part, unless it develops a problem along the way.

X2, not necessary unless you are having a problem with it.
