Default IAC valve, does not operate?
Ok so ive narrowed down my rough cold starts to the IAC valve. on further inspection i have found that upon startup the valve has absolutely no voltage going to it. does anyone have a bright idea for what may be causing this? or an idea where the wiring goes?
