My truck already idled pretty smooth but it feels even better now. At a couple of stop lights it was hard to tell the truck was on. The Tach sits completely still just under 1k rpms. Haven't really noticed anything it terms of extra power. I bought it for the possible help in MPG as the truck is my DD. I drive about 45 miles round trip to work so an increase of 1 or 2 consistent MPG's would be nice. I just changed the plugs and wires and didn't know how many miles were on the coil pack (bought the truck with 99,000 miles). I figured why not. I'll let you know when I figure out the MPG.

update:
I did notice better throttle response at highway speeds. Nothing different between 0-55 mph other than the smooth idle. One thing I have a lot hope for is the MPG's. I installed the coil pack with a little over half a tank and 170 miles. I have put about 80 miles on it and its just below 1/4 tank. I usually get about 250 miles on a full tank and I'm at 250 with just under 1/4 a tank. It will have to be a full tank before I know if it really worked.

It was not my choice the previous owner ripped out the stock intake. I'm still up in the air as to what I want to do with the intake. Quote:

***Update***
The idle is still smooth as a babies butt. The power is normal during city driving but it feels much better at highway speeds. The MPG's are what I'm most impressed with. After the first full tank of gas (Approx. 30% City and 70% Highway) I got 274.4 miles on 14.2 gallons = 19.3 MPG's!!!! I drove it like normal, wasn't easy on it at all. 80 MPH on the highway with cruise control, and normal driving in the city.
MPG's prior to the Screamin Demon Coil pack were between 16 and 18 (more 16's and 17's than 18's).

this is very tempting I wish we could get a group buy or I wish we could get a sponsor to give us a slight price break
