Default 2004 4.0 TUNE-UP help please

I just purchased a 2004 Ford Ranger 4.0 5 speed manual tranny with 67,000 miles on it. I'm looking to do a tune up on it to get it in perfect condition.

1. Oil and filter.........what do you all suggest for oil and filter?

2. Air filter looks pretty straight forward.........Fram?

3. Fuel Filter

4. Plugs and wires? What do you guys suggest for plugs and gap?

5. MAF cleaning........is there any (how to) with this?

6. IAC Cleaning?

Anything else I need to know about tuning this up?

Where is the best place to get Ford parts online? Is there certain websites that are favorites of everyone here?

Parts I would like to get....

Mud flaps

Nerf Bars

windows visors

Bug Shield

Tail lights

Headlight bulbs

Changing the spark plug's can be a real pita! Be patient.

I use royal purple 5w30, but my truck has more miles than u. You might want to check your front, and rear dif fluid levels as well. I use royal purple gear oil. Don't use royal purple gear oil if you have leaks, your dif's will leak like a sieve if you do lol.

save yourself some busted knuckles and a few cuss words and remove your wheels and inner fenders when you do the plugs and chenge them through the wheel wells, that will help you get to the rear plugs much easier. i recommend motorcraft plugs or autolite, dont waste your money on bosch or any of those gimmik plugs. gap the plugs to factory spec, it should be printed on a sticker on your radiator support. as far as the MAF, they sell cleaner made for cleaning them, i suggest you get a can of that. sound like youve got the rest covered.

Tonight I

Changed the oil to Motorcraft 5-30 synthetic with Motorcraft oil filter

Changed transfer case fluid, and tranny fluid

Topped off front and rear differential fluids

Changed spark plugs.....used Motorcraft nickel plated

Cleaned rear brakes and rotated tires.........

Swapped out my fuel filter (Motorcraft)

I need some new front brake pads.............any suggestions?
