E3 spark plugs?
I'm looking into purchasing these in the next few days and wanted to know if anyone one else has put them in their truck. I have a 04 XLT v6 4.0L SOHC 4x4. I'm only interested in these because they claim to give you more MPG, Torque, and Horsepower. Opinions?? Or what other brands should I purchase. I'm more interested in it giving me more MPG.

Junk. They do nothing. And fords don't like anything other than motorcraft or autolite

Spark plugs are just another link in the chain. You'll never get a "hotter" spark by just changing the plugs. You'd have to upgrade the entire ignition system. Go OEM.
